I

Odd turbidity due to sporadic rains 2 days before.  Castle rock was blown out and other more popular accesses were taken, so I went here and hopped in lower down than usual.  There was a 'perfect' stain on the water allowing me to make errors and get right on top of them.  Best fish was the first one:

A jungle fight in tight quarters with this cat, right out of the gate.

The IMT gettin' it done this lovely afternoon.

A Day Afield w/ David

David's Rig.

More reasons to be here.

Slow to put the pieces together on this bright day, I finally got on the board with this fish on a Fox Nosedive.

 The warblers are here.

They loved the peacock.

Best of the day for me I think.  David got a 17-18 incher.  Love this river.

This is why.

Tine for a snack and hard earned beers.

Closing Trout Camp

This beaute came after wrapping up the Camp and packing up a dry tent.  Fished the nearby stream and got this guy on a swinging Snowcone Caddis.  So neat how that fly can just summopn fish up.  Took plenty more on the same as well as Snowcone Cranefly and Henryville Special.  Caught several Rainbows as well.
